When you make a reservation through our website, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your ticket with a QR code. You can either print this ticket or simply present it on your mobile device when you arrive at the restaurant.

Returns and cancellation policy

Please note that all bookings are final and cannot be canceled or returned. If you are unable to attend the reservation, you may transfer the ticket to someone else, but we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
